30 Day Outfit Challenge
Happy weekend everyone! This post is about a challenge I saw a while ago on Pinterest. It is the 30 day challenge made by whowhatwear.com, and in my opinion to fun not to share! I am starting this challenge tomorrow, and I hope it will give a boost to my outfit choices these upcoming month. Lately, I have been feeling a little “off” when it comes to choosing an outfit for the day. I seem to not find the right pieces to put together a cohesive look, and it has been really bothering me. So I am looking forward to finishing this challenge, in hopefully a stylish way. Why don’t you join me!

Armour – Black jacket
Today, I wanted to share with you my newest design. A black, wollen jacket I actually designed this piece 2 years ago. But when I finished the body of the jacket, I noticed I didn’t had enough fabric to also make the sleeves. For 2 years I have been searching for the same fabric, and I couple of weeks ago I finally found it! Talk about being lucky!

Roses – Grey & white sweater
This grey-white sweater has been hanging in my closet for months, but I still wanted to share the design with you! I made this sweater about 4 months ago, and it has been a great addition to my warderobe. The sweater is perfect for cold weather, and rainy days. That is why I paired it with my trenchcoat and new burgundy boots for these horrible rainy days.
Artist I love – Alfred Stevens
Ever since I started studying art history, I have been so inspired by artists and their paintings. I have also gotten to know more artists, besides the ones everybody knows like Picasso or Rembrandt. I think art can do a lot when it comes to fashion. Art can inspire you to try a different look. That is why today I wanted to share with you some incredible inspirational paintings, made by an artist called Alfred Stevens.
Fur jacket – Winter is coming
Last weekend, I finished sewing this fake fur jacket! And it has become my new best friend. So cozy and warm, the perfect companion for the cold winter days ahead. I kept the design simple, with no zipper or buttons to close it, and just a small collar. The fabric feels and looks very luxurious, and is the perfect addition to a basic black outfit or the blouse I am wearing on the photo’s. Loving it!
